Respected customers, at TECH LIFE BD, we give the utmost priority to our consumers’ needs and requirements. For that reason, we are continuously developing our services, making it forehand and fast. To make that happen, there are some rules and regulations we maintain and follow. We humbly request our respected customers to follow the given terms and conditions before purchasing any product.

 

The product’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the company. Hence, we follow the procedure given by the manufacturer. These warranties differ from company to company and their rules and regulations are declared on their respective official websites. In that case, TECH LIFE BD is a medium to help claim the warranty.

Rules and regulations declared by the manufacturer organizations are the following:

>> For every product’s warranty, we follow the rules of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS), whether the product is international or national.

>> Most of the products imported by TECH LIFE BD, the warranty is given within few working days. For some products, we give immediate replacement depending on the condition.

>> All sold products are not under warranty. Only the products, on which the manufacturer provides warranty are effective for this policy.

>> For laptops: depending on the manufacturer and model, the warranty is generally 1-3 years. However, in case of battery and adapter, the warranty is only 1 year.

>> Any product which is under warranty, after purchasing if is there any defect, it can be repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer.

>> TECH LIFE BD will replace any defective product with an equivalent product in case of the purchased product is not available in the stock.

>> If there is no product available in the condition of repairing or replacing in the stock of TECH LIFE BD, the price of the product can be refunded in case of adjusting.

>> If any software or data is damaged or lost while using the product for having service, TECH LIFE BD will not be liable for this. In that case, TECH LIFE BD will also not take the responsibility of retrieving data or restoring any sort of software.

>> Any product under warranty policies, the time of returning the product after servicing is not specific. Therefore, it can take 5-7 working days or 35-40 working days or even more. Some of the parts are imported from overseas as there is not enough buffer stock available in our country, so it takes more time.

>> As per awareness of the customers, most of the products that are under warranty are not repaired. Most of them are imported from overseas to replace the parts which are damaged.

>> Computer setup and operating systems that are customized while selling the product, are not under any warranty policy.

>> Products that include LIFETIME warranty can be effective if the product is available in the market.

>> TECH LIFE BD can charge fees for any product that is not under any sort warranty and it will be applicable if the customer agrees to do so.

>> For warranty services, if any of the parts is necessary to repair or replace, customers can collect it by them or either if customer agrees, they can pay in advance to TECH LIFE BD for collecting.

>> TECH LIFE BD will not be responsible for any free products either software or hardware if any sort of problem is faced during tuning the product or any new problem is created. This is applicable for both warranty period and after expiring the warranty.
